icourtland!

yesterday was my 3rd (can not belive THAT part) pride festival/parade here in San Francisco. and i am p!nk with pride today!

we got a MUCH later start in the day than was planned, so we got in to town a lot later than i usually like to go. didn’t see any of the parade at all in fact. i am sure it was still going on, but we went straight (well … gaily forward) to the festival area.

and just for future reference, although going with all of your friends sounds like a great idea, with that big a crowd it is like hearding cats. too many people and too hard to keep up with 7 other people all day.

the crowd was just gaining maximum density when we got there, so it was pretty much a push-and-shove event for a good portion of the day, and why is it that no matter which street area one attempts to head down it is always against the flow of traffic?

anyway – i had a great time as always. lots and lots of eye-candy and some other fun stuff to look at. i am sure we missed a ton of stuff too.

so now today – since i seem to have a mental block against sunscreen – i am really really p!nk with pride.

…ouch
