it with a heavy heart and not just a few tears that i find myself writing this.

as some of you know, our little Moggy has been struggling with some pretty heavy health issues over the last several months. i am sorry to tell you that yesterday he decided that the struggle was too much for his little body to handle anymore and that it was time to say goodbye.

this was not an easy choice for him, or for us, but the time was right and we had to reach deep enough to find all the love we could to let him go. he was helped on his way by a lovely young lady that has been his vet through all of these hard times and who was gracious enough to make his passing as gentle, soft and loving as possible here at home.

he slipped gently into Bast’s loving arms early yesterday evening. there were, and still are, a lot of tears – but in the end he knew that he was loved and will be in our hearts for all time. he romps freely in the Summerlands now, waiting on the day that we join him.

he will be missed fiercely.
