i’ve said it before … and i’ll say it again

it is SO good to be home. and even better to have Marcus at home! everything went fine last night, Dr Fee said everything looked good this morning and away we went – after waiting almost 2 hours for paperwork and nurses to let us go.

he even walked out, no wheelchair. got to be a good sign.

he is so very tired, so much stuff happening over the last day and a half (can it only have been that short a period of time?) that i fully expect that he will sleep through the next few days. he deserves it.

i am slowly learning to breathe again, slowly relaxing and letting the stress of this part go. just keep telling myself that everything is good, that i can relax and just stop and take a few deep breaths before i rush into anything else.
