it must be a vision thing…

this morning passed by in just a fog. strangely it wasnt the fog in my head, but the fog outside the window that caught or didnt catch my eye. i noticed after starting the morning coffee (hhmmmm – coffee) that i really couldnt see much of anything out the window. the fog was so tight and dense that there really wasnt much of anything to be seen. we can normally see a good way up Collingwood at most times, this morning it just wasnt there. just a wall of white.

now that it has just passed lunch time, the sky is as blue and cloud free as it can be. what an amazing place this city can be.

right now, though the fog is gone, my vision has switched to inside a giant bubble mode.

new glasses love em hate em. this is the same effect i experienced a few years back with my last pair of new glasses, where everything is warped. or at least appears to be. it is very much like being on the inside of a bubble, perspective is all off and im not quite stable on my feet. the new glasses look good, and i can see things a bit more crisply than before, just weird right now.

the effect doesnt last too long, a day or two, but it is a bit difficult to get around.

guess Ill just have to wait and see – he he
